About the role:
As the Registered Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory excellence, and create a stable, nurturing environment for children with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). You’ll lead and develop a committed staff team, driving positive outcomes and maintaining a safe, child-centred home.
Requirements:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
Strong experience in children’s residential care
Proven leadership and safeguarding expertise
Commitment to Ofsted compliance and high-quality care
