We are currently seeking a dedicated and visionary Registered Manager to lead a well-established children's residential home for a leading specialist provider. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and inspiring a committed team to deliver high-quality, child-centered care
- Ensuring the home provides a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for all young people
- Promoting positive behavior and supporting individual development plans
- Building strong relationships with young people, listening to their views, and engaging with their hobbies and interests
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and safeguarding policies
- Managing operational duties, including staff supervision, training, and performance reviews
- Driving continuous improvement and professional development within the team
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in children’s residential care and managing a team
- Either a Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or willing to achieve it
- Strong leadership skills with a genuine passion for making a difference in young lives
- Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges
- A committed individual who values safeguarding and child welfare practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead with heart, enthusiasm, and purpose
