We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a single-occupancy children’s home in Bridgend, providing high-quality, trauma-informed care in a stable and supportive environment.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the home, ensuring exceptional outcomes for the young person, regulatory compliance, and a positive culture for staff.

Shared on-call rota with other managers

Time Off in Lieu (TOIL) for on-call duties

On-call rota planned one month in advance

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the children’s home in line with CIW regulations

Deliver high-quality care tailored to the individual needs of the child

Manage, support, and develop the staff team

Ensure safeguarding, compliance, and quality standards are consistently met

Build strong relationships with professionals, families, and stakeholders
Requirements
-
Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within residential childcare
-
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in CYP (or working towards)

Strong understanding of CIW regulations and safeguarding
-
Passion for delivering outstanding outcomes for children
