Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to the care team, ensuring the delivery of person-centred care.
- Oversee all operational aspects of the adult care service, including staffing, compliance, and health and safety.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families, promoting dignity, respect, and empowerment.

Requirements:
- NVQ Level 5 or Diploma in Health and Social Care Management.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a mental health or adult care setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Mental Health Act and CIW standards.
- Compassionate, person-centred approach to care.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with care management systems and Microsoft Office.
