Salary: £44,800–£48,000 + bonus (up to £52,800 total)

Job Description:
An established specialist provider is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Care to lead a children’s residential home in Swansea. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for professionals passionate about delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care to children and young people. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the home operates to the highest standards, complies with regulatory requirements, and provides a nurturing environment where young people can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Support Workers and Deputies to deliver exceptional care.
  • Ensure compliance with CIW and SCW regulations and standards.
  • Deliver person-centred, trauma-informed care tailored to individual needs.
  • Oversee care planning, assessments, and safeguarding procedures.
  • Collaborate with the in-house DASHH therapeutic team to support young people's well-being.

Requirements:

  • QCF Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ management experience in children’s residential care.
  • Strong knowledge of Welsh regulatory frameworks.
  • Valid driving licence (required).
