Your Profile: What We Are Looking For
To be successful in these Berkshire-based roles, you will typically need:

Qualifications: An NVQ/Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or be nearing completion).

Proven Track Record: Experience managing or supervising within an EBD children’s home.

Regulatory Knowledge: A "expert-level" understanding of the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.

Ofsted Success: A history of achieving 'Good' or 'Outstanding' ratings (or the clear vision to get a service there).
