## What You’ll Achieve

• Service Leadership: Take full operational and "Registered Person" responsibility for a children’s home.

• Regulatory Success: Ensure every aspect of the service exceeds the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.

• Staff Mentorship: Build and lead a high-performing care team in Newbury or Windsor, fostering a culture of professional development.

• Therapeutic Impact: Implement high-quality care plans that deliver measurable positive outcomes for young people.

## Essential Requirements

• Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or nearing completion).

• Experience: Proven track record in a supervisory or management role within an EBD children’s residential setting.

• Expertise: Deep understanding of Ofsted frameworks and the Quality Standards.

• Local Knowledge: Ability to manage services and liaise with local authorities across the Berkshire region.
