As a Registered Manager, you will have the autonomy to shape the culture of a Windsor-based service, implementing therapeutic practices that drive the home toward an 'Outstanding' Ofsted rating.

## Key Responsibilities

• Service Leadership: Lead the day-to-day operations of an EBD children’s home in Windsor, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain full "Registered Person" status, adhering to the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.

• Staff Development: Recruit, mentor, and supervise a dedicated care team, fostering professional excellence in Windsor and Slough.

• Therapeutic Care: Develop bespoke care plans that promote the emotional and social development of young people.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with local authorities and social work teams across Berkshire.

## Requirements & Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma: Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or nearing completion).

• Managerial Experience: Proven track record in a supervisory or management role within an EBD or Children’s Residential setting.

• Ofsted Expertise: Deep understanding of the Quality Standards and inspection frameworks.

• Local Knowledge: Ability to lead a service effectively within Windsor and the surrounding Berkshire towns.
