## Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance: Lead the home through rigorous Ofsted inspections with a focus on achieving 'Outstanding' status across all benchmarks.

## Requirements & Qualifications

  • Essential: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.

  • Proven Track Record: Extensive experience as a Registered Manager within an EBD or complex needs setting.

  • Regulatory Expertise: A history of achieving 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted outcomes and a deep understanding of the Quality Standards.

  • Professionalism: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to represent a high-profile service in Ascot.
