## Key Responsibilities

• Ofsted Accountability: Act as the "Registered Person," ensuring the Maidenhead home consistently exceeds the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.

• Operational Leadership: Manage the day-to-day running of the service, maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding and therapeutic care.

• Staff Mentorship: Recruit, supervise, and inspire a multidisciplinary care team, fostering a culture of professional growth in Maidenhead and Windsor.

## Requirements & Qualifications

• Essential: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.

• Proven Track Record: Experience as a Registered Manager or an accomplished Deputy in an EBD children’s home.

• Regulatory Expertise: A deep understanding of the Quality Standards and a history of successful Ofsted inspection outcomes.

• Location: Ability to lead a service effectively in Maidenhead or the surrounding Cookham/Marlow areas.
