## Key Responsibilities

• Ofsted Registration: Act as the "Registered Person" for the Twyford service, ensuring absolute compliance with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.

• Operational Leadership: Manage the day-to-day running of a therapeutic EBD home, fostering a safe and nurturing environment.

• Staff Development: Recruit, supervise, and inspire a high-performing care team, fostering a culture of professional excellence in Twyford and Woodley.

## Requirements & Qualifications

• Essential: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (completed or nearing completion).

• Experience: A proven track record in a supervisory or managerial role within a Children’s Residential (EBD) setting.

• Expertise: Deep understanding of the Quality Standards and a history of successful Ofsted inspection outcomes.
