We are looking for a visionary Registered Manager to drive this service toward an 'Outstanding' Ofsted rating.

## Key Responsibilities

• Ofsted Registration: Act as the "Registered Person" for the Theale service, ensuring absolute compliance with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.

• Operational Leadership: Manage the day-to-day running of a therapeutic EBD home, fostering a safe and nurturing environment.

• Staff Development: Recruit, supervise, and inspire a high-performing care team, fostering a culture of professional excellence in Theale and Calcot.

• Stakeholder Management: Build strong, professional relationships with local authorities and social work teams across Berkshire and Hampshire.

## Requirements & Qualifications

• Essential: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (completed or nearing completion).

• Experience: A proven track record in a supervisory or managerial role within a Children’s Residential (EBD) setting.

• Expertise: Deep understanding of the Quality Standards and a history of successful Ofsted inspection outcomes.

• Vision: A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and achieving the best possible outcomes for young people.
