• Ofsted Ownership: Take full legal and operational responsibility as the Registered Manager, ensuring the home strictly adheres to the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.

Candidate Requirements

• Essential: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.

• Experience: Proven managerial success within a children’s residential EBD setting, with a focus on staff development.

• Regulatory Expertise: Thorough knowledge of the Quality Standards and a successful track record with Ofsted inspections.
