Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

Education: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

Experience: Substantial experience at a Deputy or Registered Manager level within an EBD children’s home.

Regulatory Track Record: A history of managing or supporting a service to achieve 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted results.
