Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Ownership: Act as the Registered Manager with Ofsted, ensuring the home strictly adheres to the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (completed or nearing completion).

Experience: Proven success as a Registered Manager or a highly experienced Deputy within an EBD children's residential setting.

Regulatory Track Record: A thorough understanding of the current Ofsted inspection framework and a history of achieving 'Good' or 'Outstanding' results.
