Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Ownership: Act as the Registered Manager with Ofsted, ensuring the home strictly adheres to the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.

Leadership & Mentorship: Recruit, supervise, and inspire a multidisciplinary care team, fostering a culture of professional excellence and trauma-informed practice.

Therapeutic Culture: Oversee the daily delivery of individualized care plans, ensuring every young person’s emotional and behavioral needs are addressed through bespoke clinical models.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.

Experience: Proven track record in a management role within a children’s EBD residential setting.

Regulatory Expertise: A thorough understanding of the current Ofsted inspection framework and a history of achieving 'Good' or 'Outstanding' inspection results.
