Key Responsibilities

Ofsted Registration: Assume full legal accountability as the Registered Manager, ensuring the home operates in total compliance with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.

Culture & Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performing, resilient care team through regular supervision, clinical support, and professional development.

Safeguarding Excellence: Maintain a robust safeguarding culture, ensuring all therapeutic interventions are safely managed and outcome-focused.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.

Experience: Proven experience in a management or heavy supervisory capacity within an EBD children’s home.

Regulatory Expertise: A thorough knowledge of the Quality Standards and a history of leading services through successful Ofsted inspections.
