Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Stewardship: Hold legal responsibility as the Registered Manager, ensuring the home is a beacon of compliance under the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.

Strategic Leadership: Drive the service’s vision, managing complex budgets and high-level staffing structures to maintain operational excellence.

Therapeutic Integration: Lead the implementation of specialist care models that address complex emotional needs while fostering academic and social growth.

High-Level Liaison: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Oxfordshire County Council, CAMHS, and local educational boards to ensure a multi-agency approach to care.
Candidate Requirements

Education: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.

Experience: Significant experience as a Registered Manager within a children's residential EBD setting, preferably in an urban environment.

Regulatory Track Record: A history of achieving consistent 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted outcomes and a deep understanding of the Quality Standards.

Stature: A confident, articulate leader who can effectively represent the service in high-stakes professional forums.
