  • Dual-County Connectivity: Ideally located for leaders based in South Oxfordshire or North Berkshire, with straightforward access to both Reading and Oxford.

  • Resource Rich: Benefit from being in a location with established local health and education links, facilitating a more holistic approach to resident care plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Leadership: Assume full legal responsibility as the Registered Manager, ensuring absolute compliance with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.

  • Staff Mentorship: Lead, supervise, and develop a stable staff team, fostering a resilient culture that prioritizes trauma-informed care and professional growth.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular internal audits and service reviews to ensure the home remains in a state of continuous improvement and inspection readiness.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Maintain robust relationships with Oxfordshire and Berkshire local authorities, ensuring clear communication and collaborative care planning.
