Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Leadership: Assume full legal responsibility as the Registered Manager, ensuring absolute compliance with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

Experience: Proven experience in a managerial capacity within a children’s residential EBD setting.

Regulatory Track Record: A deep understanding of the Quality Standards and a history of achieving 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted outcomes.
