Key Responsibilities

Ofsted Registration: Hold legal accountability as the Registered Manager, ensuring the service consistently meets and exceeds the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

Regulatory Expertise: A thorough understanding of the Social Care Common Inspection Framework (SCCIF) and a history of positive regulatory outcomes.
