Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Leadership: Assume full legal responsibility as the Registered Manager, ensuring the home consistently exceeds the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.

Elite Mentorship: Recruit and develop a high-performing care team, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and professional resilience.

Quality Assurance: Lead the service through rigorous internal and external audits, maintaining a constant state of "inspection readiness" for Ofsted.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.

Experience: Substantial experience as a Registered Manager within an EBD setting, with a proven history of 'Good' or 'Outstanding' outcomes.

Regulatory Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of the Quality Standards and the Social Care Common Inspection Framework (SCCIF).
