Vetro Recruitment is seeking a high-caliber Registered Manager to lead a specialist EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties) service in the prestigious area of Beaconsfield. As the Registered Manager, you will oversee a service that prides itself on a bespoke, therapeutic approach to childcare. Key Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Leadership: Assume full legal responsibility as the Registered Manager, ensuring the home consistently exceeds the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.

  • Elite Mentorship: Recruit and develop a high-performing care team, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and professional resilience.

  • Quality Assurance: Lead the service through rigorous internal and external audits, maintaining a constant state of "inspection readiness" for Ofsted.

  • Multi-Agency Liaison: Build and maintain high-level relationships with Buckinghamshire Council and other placing authorities to ensure cohesive care planning.


Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.

  • Experience: Substantial experience as a Registered Manager within an EBD setting, with a proven history of 'Good' or 'Outstanding' outcomes.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of the Quality Standards and the Social Care Common Inspection Framework (SCCIF).

  • Professional Stature: A resilient, articulate, and empathetic leader capable of representing a high-profile service with total professionalism.
