Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Ownership: Act as the Registered Manager with Ofsted, ensuring the home strictly adheres to the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and current Quality Standards.

Staff Leadership: Recruit, supervise, and inspire a multidisciplinary care team, promoting a culture of professional resilience and empathy.

Therapeutic Stewardship: Oversee the implementation of specialist, individualized care plans, ensuring the emotional and behavioral needs of every young person are met.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (completed or nearing completion).

Experience: Proven track record in a management or senior supervisory role within an EBD children’s residential setting.

Regulatory Expertise: A thorough understanding of the Social Care Common Inspection Framework (SCCIF) and a history of achieving positive Ofsted outcomes.
