Job Title: Children's Home Manager
Location: Bridgwater, Somerset
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (including bonuses)

Our client, a leading specialist provider of children's homes, is looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to lead the opening and management of new residential facilities in Bridgwater, Somerset. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup and operational management of new children’s homes in Bridgwater, Somerset.
- Recruit, train, and develop a dedicated team of staff to deliver outstanding care.
- Ensure the homes provide a safe, therapeutic, and enriching environment for children and young people.
- Oversee daily operations, including budget management, compliance with regulations, and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and key stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and achieving positive inspection outcomes.
- Promote a positive team culture and motivate staff to deliver high standards of care.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a children’s residential setting.
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and experience in achieving positive inspection results.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Autonomous, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.
- Ability to manage budgets and ensure regulatory compliance.
