Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Manager to lead a new 4-bed specialist residential home for adults with autism in Bridgend. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a service from the ground up within a supportive and innovative environment, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Home Manager based in Bridgend, your daily duties will include:

• Leading and inspiring a committed team to deliver compassionate, person-centred support.
• Developing and implementing care plans that promote independence and well-being for adults with autism.
• Ensuring compliance with adult care regulations and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Coaching, motivating, and empowering staff to foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals to support individual needs.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Home Manager, you will need:

• QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
• Leadership experience in a care setting, ideally as a Deputy Manager with aspirations to progress.
• Solid understanding of adult care regulations and best practice.
• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.
• A full UK driving licence (essential).
• An enhanced DBS check with barred list clearance (mandatory).
