Salary: £40,000 - £48,000

Job Description:
We are recruiting a Registered Care Home Manager to lead a nursing and residential service in the UK-wide network of homes across the United Kingdom. This is a leadership role focused on delivering safe, person-centred care while building a warm, inclusive environment for residents, families, and colleagues. You will balance compassionate service delivery with strong operational performance in the UK-wide care setting.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Registered Care Home Manager based in Llanrwst, Conwy,  your daily duties will include:

• Leading and developing multidisciplinary teams to deliver consistently high standards of residential and nursing care
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations and maintaining robust quality, safeguarding, and governance processes
• Driving a culture that promotes dignity, independence, and resident wellbeing, including meaningful activities and community engagement

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Registered Care Home Manager, you will need:

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (minimum)
• Proven experience in the healthcare sector at home management level
• Ability to lead with a pragmatic, flexible approach while achieving service and business outcomes
• Commitment to high-quality care and continuous improvement (including required checks such as DBS, as applicable)
