Registered Manager – Ilford – Up to £67,000 per annum – EBD Homes
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our Children’s Home (EBD) on a permanent, full-time basis (40 hours/week).
Key Responsibilities:

Register with Ofsted and ensure full regulatory compliance.

Lead and develop a high-performing staff team.

Maintain safeguarding and child protection standards.

Manage financial performance and service quality.

Drive continuous improvement and best practices.
Requirements:

2+ years’ experience in a Children’s Home (last 5 years).

1+ year supervisory experience.

Previous Ofsted registration (preferred).
-
Level 5 Health & Social Care/Leadership (preferred).
