Salary: £35,000 – £37,000
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care
- Oversee operational aspects of the service, including staffing, compliance, and health & safety
- Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders
- Promote dignity, respect, and empowerment in all aspects of care
- Conduct regular resident reviews and develop care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Keep updated with legislation, mental health care practices, and regulatory standards to ensure compliance
Essential Requirements:
- NVQ Level 5 or Diploma in Health and Social Care Management
- Proven managerial experience within mental health care or adult health services
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Mental Health Act and CIW standards
- Compassionate, person-centred approach to care
- Proficiency in care management systems and Microsoft Office
