- Experienced Registered Service Manager
- Location: Carmarthenshire
- Salary: £49,000 plus bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the residential service, fostering a positive and inclusive organisational culture.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including CQC, CSSIW, and CI, maintaining excellent inspection records.
- Oversee staff team through effective leadership, coaching, and development to deliver outstanding care.
- Manage service registration with relevant regulatory bodies and ensure ongoing compliance.
- Implement and uphold the organisation’s values, policies, and procedures across the service.
- Build strong relationships with local authorities and commissioning bodies to support service delivery and development.
- Monitor quality standards and undertake regular audits and spot checks, including outside normal hours if necessary.
- Promote learning and development opportunities for staff, facilitating funded qualifications and career pathways.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience working with people with learning disabilities and autism.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including CIW and CQC requirements.
- Experience managing a large residential care service.
- Current CIW registration.
- Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or studying towards it.
- Previous experience at the deputy manager level or above.
