Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our adult residential services in Haverfordwest, Wales. This role involves overseeing a 14-bed service comprising three houses dedicated to learning difficulties, mental health, and acquired brain injury. You will be supported by two deputy managers and a regional manager, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Registered Manager based in Haverfordwest, your daily duties will include:

• Leading and managing the operational delivery of the adult residential service across three houses in Haverfordwest.
• Supporting individuals to live lifestyles of their choosing, promoting independence, choice, and respect.
• Ensuring compliance with CIW legislation, regulations, and best practice standards.
• Managing staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a motivated and skilled team.
• Monitoring service quality, implementing improvements, and maintaining positive relationships with service users, families, and external agencies.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Registered Manager, you will need:

• Experience as a Registered Manager within adult social care or a similar setting.
• Broad knowledge of managing services for individuals with learning difficulties, mental health needs, or acquired brain injury.
• Demonstrated commitment to supporting people’s independence and rights.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Good understanding of CIW legislation, updates, and best practice standards.
• Relevant qualifications in social care or management (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Care Services).
