Salary: £48,000 to £58,080
Hours: Full-time (40 hours), Permanent
Service: 14-bed service across 3 houses (Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, and Acquired Brain Injury). Supported by 2 Deputy Managers and a Regional Manager.
Overview
We’re recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established adult residential service in Haverfordwest. This is a senior leadership role with strong operational support, focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred care and ensuring compliance with CIW standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational delivery across three houses within the service
- Drive quality, outcomes, and continuous improvement
- Promote independence, choice, dignity and respect for the people supported
- Ensure compliance with CIW regulations, guidance, and best practice
- Recruit, lead, develop and performance-manage the staff team
- Build and maintain positive relationships with families and external professionals
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager (adult social care/residential)
- Strong knowledge across Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and/or ABI services
- Confident leadership style with excellent organisation/time-management
- Strong understanding of CIW legislation and inspection readiness
- Relevant qualification (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Care Services) is desirable/beneficial
