Salary: £48,000 - £58,080 per annum
Employment Type: Permanent (Full-time, 40 hours per week)

Job Description
We are recruiting a Registered Manager – Adult Residential Services to lead a well-established adult residential service in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role within a supportive structure, with operational backing from experienced deputies and regional leadership.

Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Manager – Adult Residential Services based in Haverfordwest, your daily duties will include:

• Leading the day-to-day running of a multi-house adult residential service, ensuring consistent standards, safe practice and positive outcomes
• Promoting a genuinely person-centred culture that champions independence, choice, respect and meaningful community involvement
• Managing compliance and inspection readiness, with strong working knowledge of CIW requirements, policies and best practice
• Recruiting, coaching and developing staff, including performance management, supervision and building a values-led team culture
• Driving continuous improvement through audits, action plans, and robust quality assurance processes
• Working collaboratively with families, professionals and external partners to ensure coordinated support and effective risk management

Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful as a Registered Manager – Adult Residential Services, you will need:

• Proven Registered Manager experience in adult social care / residential services
• Strong operational leadership background within Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and/or Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) settings
• Strong knowledge of CIW standards and confidence preparing services for inspection
• A recognised leadership/management qualification (for example Level 5 or equivalent) or willingness to work towards it
• Enhanced DBS Check (required for the role)
