Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a regulated autism support service in Neath. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of safe, person-centred care for autistic adults. Key Responsibilities:
As a Registered Manager based in Neath, your daily duties will include:
- Leading the operational management of the service, ensuring it remains safe, compliant, and focused on individual needs.
- Managing the service budget effectively to ensure financial sustainability while maintaining high-quality support.
- Overseeing staff performance, providing leadership, supervision, and fostering a culture of inclusion and wellbeing.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, including safeguarding, quality assurance, and person-centred planning.
- Building strong relationships with families, commissioners, and external partners to promote co-production and inclusive practices.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Registered Manager, you will need:
- An Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Adult Social Care or equivalent.
- Proven experience managing services for autistic adults, individuals with learning disabilities, or complex needs.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards, safeguarding, and autism-specific frameworks such as SPELL, PBS, or TEACCH.
- A valid driving licence and access to a car (if required for multi-site support).
- Commitment to trauma-informed care, co-production, and supporting individual choice.
