Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care, ensuring person-centred and compliant practices
- Maintain CIW compliance, care planning, risk management, and safeguarding protocols
- Build and motivate a high-performing, values-driven team
- Oversee rota planning, staffing, financial operations, and performance monitoring
- Develop relationships with commissioners, CIW, and external stakeholders
- Manage out-of-hours leadership responsibilities as part of the on-call rota
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (essential)
- Level 4/5 QCF or willingness to achieve (preferred)
- Experience in domiciliary care with a solid understanding of CIW regulations
- Confident leader with excellent IT skills, decision-making, and time management
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Strong operational, compliance, and team management skills
- Budgeting and financial management experience
- Knowledge of Welsh legislation, safeguarding, DoLS, and MCA
- Effective communicator with competence in digital care systems
