Are you an experienced and motivated Registered Manager ready to lead an established, "Good" rated EBD children's home to "Outstanding"?
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Manager to lead our well-regarded 4-bed EBD children's home in Camden. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic leader who wants to build on an already strong foundation and drive a service to the next level of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Service Excellence: Lead the home and team to deliver high-quality, therapeutic care that meets the complex needs of young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.

Ofsted Improvement: Build on the current "Good" Ofsted rating with the clear goal of achieving an "Outstanding" report.

Team Management: Mentor, supervise, and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a supportive, child-centered, and high-performing culture.

Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of compliance, safeguarding, budgets, and resources for the home.

Safeguarding: Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding are maintained at all times, with a strong focus on the safety and well-being of residents.
Salary & Benefits That Reward Success:

Basic Salary: £53,000 per annum.

On-Target Earnings: Potential to earn up to £60,800 with bonuses.

Ofsted Bonus: A significant bonus of £1,500 for a ‘Good’ report and £3,000 for an ‘Outstanding’ report.

Occupancy Bonus: A guaranteed £400 per month due to the home's full occupancy.

Company Car/Travel Allowance: A generous £3,000 per annum.

On-Call: On-call duties are included within your salary and are shared with the Deputy Manager, so they are rarely required.

Annual Leave: 32 days of annual leave (including bank holidays), which will increase by one day for the first three years of service.
What We’re Looking For:

Experienced Registered Manager: A proven background in managing or deputising in a children’s residential setting.

Ofsted Expertise: A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and a track record of achieving positive inspection outcomes.

Qualifications: You must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

EBD Specialism: Proven experience in supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.
