Regional Manager – Children’s Services / Fostering | Hampshire (Hybrid) | £60,000 + Benefits
Are you a driven leader with a background as a Registered Manager and a strategic outlook? A leading organisation in children’s social care is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee and develop their Fareham-based region. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a dedicated team, drive regional growth, and shape the future of children’s services in Hampshire, Dorset, and emerging areas such as Reading and Bracknell.
About the Role:
As Regional Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop a team consisting of a Deputy, Social Workers, and administrative staff
- Drive growth and operational excellence across the existing region and new potential areas
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and promote high-quality care
- Implement effective systems and processes for service delivery
- Monitor service performance and support continuous improvement
Location:
Hybrid role based from the regional office in Fareham, Hampshire
Salary:
£60,000 per annum
Hours:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm)
