Key Responsibilities
- Lead with Autonomy: Direct, manage, and shape a brand-new residential children's service.
- Pioneer a New Home: Oversee the entire setup and launch of the therapeutic service.
- Influence Future Growth: Your operational success will be the blueprint for new ventures.
- Ensure the highest levels of care and holistic support for young people aged 7-18.
- Mentor and inspire staff, driving exceptional outcomes for the children.
Requirements
- NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services).
- NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a Deputy or Children's Home Registered Manager position.
- Experience in a residential children's home environment.
- Full UK driving license.
