Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with autonomy by managing and shaping a brand-new residential children’s service in Paignton, Devon.
- Oversee the setup and launch of the new EBD therapeutic home, ensuring smooth operations from inception.
- Drive the organisation’s future growth by developing operational strategies that serve as a blueprint for new ventures.
- Ensure the highest standards of care and holistic support for young people aged 7-18.
- Mentor and inspire staff, fostering a positive team environment and delivering exceptional outcomes for children.
Requirements:
- NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children’s Services).
- NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Services or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Deputy or Children’s Home Registered Manager.
- Experience working within a residential children’s home environment.
- Full UK driving licence.
