Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead with autonomy by managing and shaping a brand-new residential children’s service in Paignton, Devon.
Oversee the setup and launch of the new EBD therapeutic home, ensuring smooth operations from inception.
Drive the organisation’s future growth by developing operational strategies that serve as a blueprint for new ventures.
Ensure the highest standards of care and holistic support for young people aged 7-18.
Mentor and inspire staff, fostering a positive team environment and delivering exceptional outcomes for children.

Requirements:

NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children’s Services).
NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Services or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Deputy or Children’s Home Registered Manager.
Experience working within a residential children’s home environment.
Full UK driving licence.
