Job Title: Registered Manager – Supported Accommodation North West
Location: Wigan, Widnes, Runcorn, North West, UK
Salary: Up to £50,000 + bonuses
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager for supported accommodation services across the North West. The successful candidate will oversee a network of 12 services supporting 16-18-year-olds, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with OFSTED regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a leadership professional passionate about working with young people and committed to delivering exceptional support in a dynamic environment. The Registered Manager will play a key role in maintaining the quality of services, managing teams, and ensuring regulatory standards are met across all supported accommodation sites in the North West.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee 12 supported accommodation services across the North West, supporting 16-18-year-olds
- Lead and support a team of deputy service managers and team leaders within each service
- Ensure all services meet OFSTED standards and company policies
- Manage service budgets and oversee financial planning
- Lead recruitment, staff development, and performance management
- Handle safeguarding concerns and ensure safeguarding policies are adhered to
- Maintain high standards of care and support for young people in line with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent
- Proven experience in a management role within children and young people's services
- Strong understanding of OFSTED regulations and compliance
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage budgets and oversee operational activities
- Driving licence is essential, as services are based across multiple locations in the North West
