Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) – Neurological Care in Pontypridd

Location: Pontypridd, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales

Salary: £27 - £58 per hour (PAYE)

Job Description:
An established healthcare provider is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) to join a purpose-built neurological home in Pontypridd. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medication and review care plans for residents with neurological conditions
• Implement and monitor individual care and treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to deliver holistic care
• Maintain high standards of nursing care in a homely, caring environment
• Ensure safety and well-being of residents at all times

Requirements:

• Valid NMC pin as an RMN, RGN, or RNLD
• Experience in mental health, learning disabilities, or general nursing within low-security settings
• Restraint training (preferred but not essential if already covered)
• Compassionate, responsible, and professional attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Right to work in the UK
