Job Description:
Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), RGN, or RNLD with restraint experience? An established specialist provider is seeking a motivated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a purpose-built neurological home in Pontypridd. This role offers the opportunity to work in a low-secure mental health facility focused on delivering high-quality assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for residents with neurological conditions. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and review care plans for residents with neurological conditions
- Implement and evaluate individual care and treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and liaise with families to ensure holistic care
- Maintain high standards of nursing care in a homely, caring environment
- Support residents’ rehabilitation and recovery processes
- Document and report on patient progress and care activities
Requirements:
- Valid NMC pin as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), RGN, or RNLD
- Experience in mental health, learning disabilities, or general nursing, with restraint training advantageous
- Compassionate, responsible, and professional attitude
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required
- Right to work in the UK
