Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and review care plans for residents with neurological conditions
- Implement care and treatment plans tailored to individual needs
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and families to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care standards
Requirements:
- Valid NMC pin as an RMN, RGN, or RNLD
- Experience in mental health, learning disabilities, or general nursing in low-security settings preferred
- Restraint training certification is advantageous
- Compassionate, responsible, and professional attitude
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Right to work in the UK
