Job Description:
Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), RGN, or RNLD with restraint experience? An opportunity has arisen to work in a purpose-built neurological home in Pontypridd, designed for residents requiring specialist nursing care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medication and review care plans for residents with neurological conditions
  • Implement care and treatment plans tailored to individual needs
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and families to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care as necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care standards

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC pin as an RMN, RGN, or RNLD
  • Experience in mental health, learning disabilities, or general nursing in low-security settings preferred
  • Restraint training certification is advantageous
  • Compassionate, responsible, and professional attitude
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Right to work in the UK

This role is a zero-hours contract with flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends.
