Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) to join a leading specialist provider in Cardiff. This role offers the opportunity to work in a purpose-built neurological home designed for residents requiring specialist nursing care. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services within a low-secure mental health facility. The position provides flexible working hours, including days, nights, and weekends, with both full-time and part-time options available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and review care plans for residents with neurological conditions
- Implement and evaluate care and treatment plans tailored to individual needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and liaise with families to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain high standards of nursing care in a homely, caring environment
- Document and review patient progress regularly to ensure optimal outcomes
Requirements:
- Valid NMC pin as an RMN, RGN, or RNLD
- Experience in mental health, learning disabilities, or general nursing, with restraint experience preferred
- Compassionate, responsible, and professional attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Right to work in the UK
