Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) – Low-Secure Neurological Care

Salary: £25- £58 per hour (PAYE)
Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a purpose-built neurological home in Rhondda Cynon Taff. This role offers the chance to work within a specialist low-secure mental health facility, providing high-quality assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for residents with neurological conditions. The position is ideal for compassionate RMNs, RGN, or RNLDs seeking flexible hours and a rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and review care plans for residents with neurological conditions
- Implement and monitor individual care and treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and liaise with families to ensure holistic care
- Maintain high standards of nursing care in a homely, caring environment
- Support residents' rehabilitation and recovery processes
Requirements:
- Valid NMC pin as an RMN, RGN, or RNLD
- Experience in mental health, learning disabilities, or general nursing within low-security settings
- Restraint training (preferred but not essential if already covered)
- Compassionate, responsible, and professional attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Right to work in the UK
