Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) – Swansea

Salary: £25 - £58 per hour (DOE)
Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a purpose-built neurological home in Swansea. This role offers flexible working hours, including days, nights, and weekends, in a low-secure mental health facility that provides high-quality assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for residents with neurological conditions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high standards of nursing care in a supportive environment, ensuring residents receive personalized care plans tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering medication and reviewing care plans for residents
- Implementing care and treatment strategies for patients with neurological conditions
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families to deliver comprehensive care
- Monitoring and evaluating patient progress and adjusting care plans accordingly
- Ensuring a safe, caring, and homely environment for all residents
Requirements:
- Valid NMC pin as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), RGN, or RNLD
- Experience in mental health, learning disabilities, or general nursing, with restraint experience preferred
- Compassionate, responsible, and professional attitude
- Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate with colleagues and families
- Right to work in the UK
