Salary: £27 - £58 per hour (DOE)

Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) to join a leading specialist provider in Bargoed. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services within a low-secure mental health facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medication and review care plans for residents with neurological conditions
• Implement and monitor individualized care and treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and liaise with families to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain high standards of nursing care in a homely, caring environment
• Document and review patient progress regularly
• Support residents’ emotional and physical well-being

Requirements:

• Valid NMC pin as an RMN, RGN, or RNLD
• Experience in mental health, learning disabilities, or general nursing, with restraint training advantageous
• Compassionate, responsible, and professional attitude
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required
• Right to work in the UK
