Key Responsibilities:
- Support trained nurses in delivering direct patient care in a mental health setting
- Observe, monitor, and record patient conditions accurately
- Provide therapeutic support with dignity, compassion, and honesty
- Assist with patient activities and ensure a safe environment
- Maintain detailed records of patient progress and incidents
- Follow care plans and contribute to rehabilitation programmes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months recent UK experience in an acute mental health setting
- Practical Manual Handling and TMVA (BILD Accredited) training
- Right to work in the UK
- UK residency
- Valid driving licence and own vehicle
- Registration with Social Care Wales
