Hours: Full-time, shifts including sleep-ins

Role Overview:
As a Support Worker, you will provide emotional and practical support to children and young people in a safe, nurturing environment. You’ll work as part of a dedicated team to help residents build confidence, independence, and life skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day care and support for children and young people
   

• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
   

• Support individual care plans and daily routines
   

• Maintain accurate records and reports
   

• Work effectively with colleagues and external professionals
   

Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential childcare or a similar setting is desirable
   

• A caring, patient, and resilient nature
   

• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including sleep-ins
   

• NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People (or willingness to work towards)
