This full-time, permanent role offers a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people aged 8-18, helping them develop resilience, confidence, and independence in a nurturing environment.

As a Residential Support Worker in Hinckley, you will be an integral part of a small, supportive team committed to providing short-term placements that focus on understanding and meeting the needs of young people. • Work closely with families and other professionals to provide holistic support
  • Contribute to the daily running of the home, including cooking and cleaning, to ensure a safe environment
  • Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding policies

Requirements:
