Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker

Salary: £31,493 to £34,495 ( Inclusive of sleep in's )
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Children's Residential Support Worker to join a leading specialist provider in Tackley, near Kidlington. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will work alongside a passionate team to provide a safe, caring, and engaging environment for young people facing various challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Support children and young people in a residential setting, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Assist with daily routines, including personal care, activities, and education support
- Build trusting relationships with children and young people to promote positive development
- Contribute to creating a nurturing and fun environment despite behavioural challenges
- Work flexibly across shifts, including long days and sleep-ins, to meet the needs of the children
- Follow care plans and report any concerns to the management team
Requirements:
- No formal qualifications are necessary; training will be provided
- Full UK Driving Licence is required
- Motivated, resilient, and able to adapt to challenging situations
- Compassionate and committed to providing high standards of care
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently when needed
- Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins
